Their first game is this Saturday, I'm sure it will be even more fun than today's practice. They ran in the wrong direction, two were on base at the same time, it was wonderful. This is about the only time I enjoy sports when the competitiveness isn't so important and it's just about having fun.

Hopefully some stockings and heels will do a lot for the outfit. The junk in the trunk will not be ignored, those skinny bitches are letting me down. You can't see my cankles but you can see that I have tree trunks for legs which is why I'm not a fan of dresses. Monique thinks skinny women are evil I think that of women that have nicely defined legs, with calves, ankles and all that other stuff I didn't get.

My sewing mojo is in full throttle, I guess so with all the fabric I purchased in Texas. I know I just said I don't like to wear dresses but I want to make either the suit, if I make the suit I will make pants instead of the skirt (McCalls 5817) or the dress (McCalls 5847) out of khaki I also want to make these cargo pants and a top out of this knit. On the rare occassions that I make a dress I always lengthen it so it falls about mid-calve or where my calve would be if I had them, to sort of camoflage it doesn't work but makes me feel a little better when wearing a dress. Thank God maxi dresses are back in.
I think that's it for me until the weekend. I'm going to try another shrug to see if I can figure out what I did wrong.

Too cute!
Hello. Haven't posted in a while, but I've been reading your blog. These are very precious pictures.
Here's one Bible scripture concerning children (since you asked) :-)
Psalm 127:3 (King James Version)
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
Hope this helps. Take care!
Yes he is adorable!:)
Cute shrug and dress.
Enjoy those ball games grandmother (lol). Yes it was so nice of Angela to share her Burda Magazine with me. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
He is indeed adorable!!! It's not just you. You look pretty good yourself. The shrug is great!
Kids have a lot to teach adults. They hold the meaning of life. Always laughing enjoying their friends - treating people they meet all the same and they speak the truth. Your sewing projects have been beautiful. And from the smile your wearing I can tell you're enjoying your moments.
Beautiful dress looks nice on you.
