I really, really wanted to sew

You know what they say about the best laid plans. I had big plans to sew this weekend but alas life interrupted and all I managed to do was get this cut out, I knew it would be quick because I made the sleeveless version over the summer; I whipped it up this evening.

It's Simplicity 2852, view A but I modified the sleeves, instead of making a casting for the elastic I used invisible elastic about 1 1/2 inches above the wrist to give it a bit of a ruffle effect, I like it. At least this will qualify as a Month of Tops entry.
