It sure couldn't hurt to try of course this is only temporary I will have to go back to Home Depot tomorrow for the correct fixture but I did it. I had no intention of trying to install another garbage disposal a regular drain will do. Although it saved me the money I would have spent on a plumber I didn't get anything cut out but the weekend is just beginning.
Ladies don't be afraid of home repairs just whack it and see what happens.
I like that attitude!
You sound like one of my daughters. I would be sure and tear it up beyond repair so that we would end up replacing the whole sink or something!!
Good for you!!! I would totally take after that garbage disposal, too. Whenever we have repairmen in the house, and they try to talk to my husband, he always says "Talk to her. The tools in the basement are hers, not mine!"
That is what am talking about....lol, gotta be strong ladies...Have a lovely weekend
I agree! I think women are better at these things than men anyway.
Isn't it amazing what you have to go through to get the old garbage disposal off. Putting a new one on is a breeze. Until I met my husband I always tackled home improvement project. I was successful at whatever I tried. Now I am even trying some sewing machine repair. We sewers are uber talented!
