Without a belt, I will definitely wear it with a belt but the fit is great. I did have to let out the arms a smidge but other than that the pattern was right on. I am becoming a Palmer/Pletsch fan.
I used 14 snaps, the last time I posted something with snaps someone asked for a tutorial, I tried to take a picture of the process but they didn't come out, the biggest thing when working with snaps is your placement, I try it on after every snap just to make sure the placement is correct and with the pearl snaps I use a cloth buffer with the attachment tool, also use a very light hand with the hammer, I've cracked more than a few. I hope that helps and next time I will try to take better pictures.
Very pretty! I just finished a shirt-dress myself, and I really love the color of yours!

Great dress! I love Palmer/Pletsch patterns and books. I would put a red belt on that dress!
