A Little of This, A Little of That

I can't tell you how happy I am to be done with the Vogue two-toned shell and it's wearable lol.

I made the skirt last year. You can see one of the many mistakes, when I changed from circular to straight needles I somehow ended up with gartner stitch instead so stockinette, I decided to leave it.

I also finished another version of Butterick 5046. This is the same type of sheer fabric as the "cloud top" I used the left over lining from the black (funeral) dress.

Love the button.

And lastly I put down a new floor in my half bath, it's peel and stick carpet tiles from Home Depot on-line, they don't have them in the store. This bathroom has been flooded on more than one occassion so I wanted to find something that wouldn't be such a big deal to replace. I really like how it came out. I cropped it to save you to picture of the toilet and trash can, it's a really small bathroom.

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Wow, the fabric for that dress is gorgeous! Love it! And I really like the carpet squares..I used it in my basement in my last house, so that way if the basement got wet, it was easy to fix. Nice work!!!

Oooh nice you have been knitting... and love that blouse. The carpet squares look good... and actually thinking about doing that for the sunroom in the winter.
