This is the state of my bathroom floor.
It's very distracting when people are using noisy equipment.
Which is why I haven't done much sewing lately.
I did manage to knit a couple of these scarfs for Christmas presents. The yarn is Sashay from RedHeart.
Instead of casserole carriers my girl friends will get these, they don't cook anyway.
I totally missed the boat for the Carnival of Skirts but I did manage to squeeze out this top last weekend. It's Simplicity 2344, a Khaliah Ali pattern. I met Khaliah Ali years ago at a party at Jim Browns house, that was during my LA days. She's very nice and down-to-earth. The fabric is a very stretchy knit from Hancock, I don't remember how much I paid for it. This was a quick and easy project.
Hopefully my bathroom will be finished soon and I can get my house back in order. It's amazing how much one room effects all the others.
My prayers are with all my East Coast bloggers. Be safe and be blessed.

Very nice scarves and top.
Lovely scarves and cute top. Surely can understand not being able to sew during a renovation.
Oh, I am familiar with construction, destruction and reconstruction! Stressful. I've made the Sashay scarves, and aren't they gorgeous? Nice top, too.
very amazing and interesting post, thank you for sharing
